Chiara Pagotto is the founder of the Law Firm – Studio Avvocato Pagotto- graduated in Law at 23 years old in Ferrara University with a thesis on Corporate Criminal Law.

In 2014 Chiara has been nominated by the Treviso Court- Bankruptcy trustee- and on 2017 she has been nominated – Crisis Manager- from the Body of Crisis Composition- of the Municipality of Villorba (TV).

She is Lawyer Member of the Treviso Bar and Bankruptcy Trustee Bar of the Treviso Court.
Chiara is specialist in bankruptcy law, insolvency proceedings and debt restructuring and in the legal assistance on the Over Indebtedness proceedings.

Since 2017 Chiara holds business courses for primary Trade Associations.
